2018 State Convention

The Spring Convention will be conducted in Vicksburg, MS from 4-6, May 2018 at the Riverwalk Casino and Hotel. We look forward to you joining us there.

The registration form is available on this website on the convention page. If you register early costs will be $65 single and $80 for couples. Late registration after April 20th, 2018 will be $75 for singles and $100 for couples. When you contact the Riverwalk to reserve a room, please use the code "BPOE 95" to identify you as an Elk. Convention attendees will receive a special rate that Vicksburg has established with the hotel.

There will also be a golf tournament scheduled for Friday, May 4th at the Clear Creek Golf Course, tee time at 9:00 AM. The $25 fee will be made at the golf course.

Saturday will have our scheduled meetings, Ladies Luncheon, Past Exalted Ruler Luncheon, and the Banquet on Saturday night.

Of course, while in Vicksburg you can also enjoy a variety of local activities including gaming, entertainment and fine dining.
